Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of repoprep.com. By accessing the service you confirm you have read and agree to them. You must be at least 16 years old to use repoprep.

repoprep converts project folders, ZIP archives, code files, PDFs, and documents into a single structured context file for use with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files are never sent to our servers.

• Free — no account needed. Up to 10 files and 2 MB per session. Includes file parsing, context generation, copy, and download.
• Pro — a one-time payment of $5 USD via Lemon Squeezy. Unlocks 200 files, 100 MB, and the token count estimator. No subscriptions or recurring charges.

We may adjust features or pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing Pro users keep all features available at the time of purchase, plus any future Pro additions.

After payment, Lemon Squeezy sends a confirmation to your email. Enter that email in the repoprep unlock form to activate Pro on any browser or device.

• Personal — one individual only; not transferable or resellable.
• Perpetual — no expiry while repoprep is available.

Pro status is stored in your browser's local storage for 30 days, after which you can re-verify with the same email.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your card details. Because Pro features unlock immediately, all sales are final unless your local consumer law requires otherwise. For billing issues or duplicate charges, contact support@repoprep.com.

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass plan limits or licence verification.
• Use bots or scripts to automate interactions with the service.
• Upload files containing malware or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer repoprep beyond what is publicly available.
• Impersonate another person during licence verification.

Violations may result in suspended access or legal action.

You own everything you process. Because processing is local, we never receive your files. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process and for how you use the generated output with third-party AI tools.

repoprep is not affiliated with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI service. When you paste generated context into an AI tool, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply. We recommend reviewing their data policies before sharing sensitive code.

repoprep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid (if any), or $5 USD, whichever is greater.

We may modify or discontinue repoprep at any time. If we shut down the service, Pro users will receive at least 30 days' notice on the website, and a pro-rata refund will be considered based on purchase recency.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
